Scott Yalich
Scott Yalich, affectionately known as "Scooter, the Down Home Realtor," brings a unique blend of construction expertise and genuine southern charm to the FAB Real Estate Services team. Licensed in both North and South Carolina, Scooter’s deep-rooted experience in residential construction spans over 20 years, during which he worked as a Purchasing Manager, Building Superintendent, and Quality Control Manager for top national builders. His journey in the construction industry began at the young age of 14, having been raised as a cabinet maker's son, and later earned a degree in Architectural Design and Building Management.
Scooter relocated to the Charlotte area in his early 20s and now resides in the picturesque town of Waxhaw with his family. His extensive background in construction gives him a competitive edge in the real estate market, allowing him to guide clients with unmatched insight and attention to detail.
Outside of work, Scooter enjoys embracing the "Down Home" lifestyle—riding four-wheelers, fishing, boating, and cheering on his kids in their various sports activities.
